hi! today i had:

rice krispies for breakfast
no lunch time on wednesdays, so i had a string cheese and a “ritz crackerfuls” peanut butter which was very yummy and kept me decently full.
then i had a shrimp po-boy for dinner which was not very good and not healthy at all, but we went to this really shitty place.
and then i had carrots and ranch for a snack later on.

so yeah… normal day. i literally have no spare time on tuesdays and wednesdays, so i didnt work out today or yesterday. but tomorrow i was going to do kickboxing but the class is full so im signed up for bosu class, but hopefully i can get into kickboxing instead.

lunch: 11 am

  • thai basil dumplings and fried rice (about 300 calories?)

dinner: 6:30

  • spinach and tomato tortellini (about 360 calories)

exercise:

  • really really terrible dance and sculpt class. i dont want to talk about it. it was a horrible work out. then i ran half a mile to at least get something done. 

good day food-wise, i ate more than this but i cannot remember what i ate for snacks! my mind is blank. it’s late. my work out was terrible and im mad, but oh well…

Breakfast (the unlhealthy all you can eat dining hall - i didnt choose)

  • three french toast sticks and syrup
  • cinnamon toast crunch
  • coffee
  • apple juice
  • about 450 calories

Lunch

  • well breakfast was more like brunch so
  • mixed berry yoplait yogurt
  • 170 calories

Dinner (again, the unhealthy all you can eat dining hall - again, i didnt choose)

  • chicken bruschetta pasta (about 200 cal)
  • one slice of thin cheese pizza (about 160 cal)
  • romaine salad with cucumbers, carrots, and italian dressing (about 60 calories)
  • half piece of school specialty cookie dough pie (about 160 calories?)

exercise

  • core training class (see earlier post)
  • ran two miles

its not easy to eat healthy when you’re dragged tot he one place on campus that all of the yummy food is so so bad. but i tried. i didnt go out last night, so i didnt have the alcohol calories like i usually do on weekends.
